Treehouse Condos is a residential community that consists of 15 buildings with 174 total units. Construction began in February of 1987 and concluded in 2011 with the 14th building.
The purchase of the land by the Architect of Treehouse, Julius Jurácsik, took place in April of 1985. He and the general contractor, Bob Tinius and family, were residents as well as frequent visitors to Treehouse during its first ten years in existence.
Treehouse residents and their guests enjoy 20+ acres of property and beautiful Table Rock Lake views from every unit. Amenities include a club house, Table Rock Lake access, indoor hot tub, and an exercise lap pool, as well as an outdoor pool with a large sundeck.
The location on Indian Point is ideal for lake activities with Rock Lane Marina next door and Indian Point Marina just 2 miles from our property.
